Dj Krush
Saturday, 27 September 2008
The Assembly & sSHADOWORKSs are proud to announce the return of Japanese Hip Hop Legend, DJ KRUSH.
Since the early days of Hip Hop DJ Krush has been a prolific figure. His humble approach to music and life in general has ensured Krush has stayed true to his own game and continuously been able to do what he does how he wants to do it.
For 3 decades this maestro has delivered jaw dropping album after album. He has collaborated with some of Hip Hop’s finest including tracks with DJ Shadow, Ronny Jordan, Guru, Black Thought and remixes with Cold Cut and DJ Vadim and many more.
Because of his length of time in the business of music, his productions have found their way into so many people lives, and hearts, it would be impossible to calculate their impact. A glimpse of this was however present the last and first time KRUSH performed in Cape Town. Over 800 people with their hands raised, as the Bass line to Krush’s seminal Track Kemuri dropped, what a sight!
For those of you that missed the first unbelievable appearance of DJ KRUSH, we have the honor of welcoming him back to SA for a second Tour. This one is not to be missed.
DJ Krush will perform in South Africa on the 23rd, 26th & 27th of September.
DJ KRUSH WILL PERFORM LIVE AT THE ASSEMBLY ON SATURDAY 27th SEPTEMBER - PRESALE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Fucking rocked it. It doesn't get much better than that, and I'll bet they go even more off when he plays Kemuri this time around.
